Feeling lost

If you’re feeling misplaced…
Unable to locate your life purpose…
And you’re left without emotional support…

Feeling lost becomes expected!

If you can’t figure out why you’re doing what you’re doing, or how you got to where you are, a sense of ‘drift’ has long since settled in and no matter which direction you look at, all you see is fog.

Looking back at your life, you may have had a plan, but a lack of follow-through and too many twists and turns may have led you to coast by.

The reason women end up in this situation is because they spend too much of their focus on others (this includes kids!) and too little on themselves. So naturally, they wake up one day feeling dissatisfied and disconnected from their life.

To get back on track, and on to a path that will feel good, you need your life to match who you are on the inside.

This means being able to answer the question “Who are you?”

Who you are, what you’re good at, and what’s important to you is your navigation system that lets you know where to go and where to seek your passion.

If you’re currently drawing a blank when trying to describe yourself or if you describe yourself by speaking about your family or the work you do at the office, you really aren’t telling yourself anything about who you are. Yes, your family and work are an important part of your life, but they’re not who you are!

The only way to move forward is to start off with knowing who you are… inside and out. It’s not possible to choose a meaningful path with only vague ideas about yourself and your interests.
