Mission, Values, and Guiding Principles
My Mission
I am committed to:
- Making positive changes in teens and young adult's lives.
- Mentoring and coaching teenagers to become the successful and happy people they were born to be.
- Raising awareness of the effectiveness of traditional family values to today’s families by guiding parents to implement these qualities into everyday parenting.
- Partnering with parents to create cheerful and thriving members of our society.
- Creating a difference in our community, one teen at a time.
My Guiding Values
- Every person deserves to live an emotionally, psychologically, spiritually, physically, & financially fulfilling life.
- I aim to get the very best out of my clients & to enable them to make decisions that will improve the quality of their lives.
- I believe that family is an essential support system to teens & young adults & I encourage parents to work with their children.
- I believe healing & empowerment are possible when teens & young adults relate their stories in supportive environments.
- I believe every person was born to be a leader of and role model to those around them.
- I believe every person was born with a unique purpose; at least part of that purpose it to be in service to others.
- Life coaching creates the possibility for individuals to create a better world around them.
Principles that Guide My Work
- Life Coaching should do no harm to clients, family members, and others involved.
- Life Coaches should approach each client with an understanding that each client comes with a unique history and unique experiences.
- Life Coaches should approach every coaching session with a clear mind, positive attitude, and an optimistic mindset.
- Life Coaches should not form assumptions or judgmental thoughts towards clients and their situations. For best results, Life Coaches need to be open-minded with each client.
- Life coaching should aim to bring out the best in every client and to motivate them to be the best in whatever they do.
- Self-reflection is one of the most useful tools Coaches have in a Life Coaching setting. Coaches need to be on a continuous learning journey and on a lifelong quest for personal excellence.
- Life Coaches should make an effort to continually develop their life coaching skills, strengths, and tools in order to best serve their clients.
